Peter and Greet from The Hague in the Netherlands have been happily married for 55 years and are still madly in love. The proof: these photos that were taken during a unique loveshoot. Everybody knows the popular wedding and maternity photoshoots centered around young couples, but isn’t this even more beautiful? These two people who have been married since 1960, shared ups and downs and committed to each other again and again! And to think that Peter and Greet had their doubts about the shoot: “Are we not too old for a loveshoot?” and “How is it even possible to get a good shot of us?”
The photoshoot with this lovely couple was a memorable event. Photographer Nienke tells us: “After the loveshoot Peter and Greet were interviewed and shared wholeheartedly how they met, what they like about each other and how happy they still are. Behind the scenes we watched them tell their story and the tears were rolling down our faces. It is deeply moving to see such sweet people who have been making each other happy for 55 years.”
We couldn't resist to share this with you!
